A journey discovering Sardinia’s salt and its benefits for mind and body. With a fascinating visit to the Conti Vecchi salt pans, both a nature reserve and an industrial archaeological site, protected by the Fondo Ambientale Italiano. A small train takes you on a wonderful trip through the salt pans, the white salt mountains, and the pink flamingoes.
To round off the experience and to make it unique, this is followed by a regenerating body ritual at the Conrad Spa performed with Sardinian herbs and products containing the sea salt from the Conti Vecchi salt pans that has invaluable benefits for body and skin thanks to the potassium, magnesium, calcium and iodine it contains.

Honey has been used for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes for thousands of years.
This Ritual will immerse you in a unique sensory experience, as you sample different varieties of pure, organic Sardinian honey, each one with its own story to tell and embodying the environment where it was made. The most striking note will be the one that arouses the deepest emotions. The honey you choose will then be used as a soothing mask and for an extremely relaxing and calming full-body massage. To finish off, you’ll be served a herbal tea made with the same type of honey used throughout the Ritual, made even more appealing with the option of adding ginger.

A gentle, relaxing ritual for the face and body, performed with a cream made from honey, myrtle and olive oil. It originates from the most authentic way we welcome guests and friends – with honey and myrtle – to make them feel at home.

A ritual inspired by Mediterranean culture and tradition, the combination of the purifying steam bath, the Sardinian salt scrub and a citrus fruit massage take you on a sensory journey through the scents and elements of our land.

A relaxing ritual perfect for ending the day. It begins in the sauna, to relax muscles and prepare them for the treatments to follow. The synergy of localised massages on the back, head and face, combined with invaluable masks relax nerve endings, banishing stress.

An energetic massage that relieves tension and relaxes the muscles, with juniper and lavender that call to mind the power of Sardinia’s wind and sea.
